Welcome to the Turnstone Residence, situated on Turnstone Crescent in Mississauga, is conveniently located near the intersection of Orleans Road and Winston Churchill Boulevard. This corner-lot property features a private, fenced backyard with a patio area and is adjacent to Garthwood Park, providing easy access to walking trails, sports fields, and local schools.
The residence features three fully furnished common rooms and a complete kitchen, equipped with refrigerators, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, toasters and kettles. On-site laundry facilities are available on the main floor for student convenience.
Each private bedroom is secured with a lockable door and thoughtfully furnished with a bed, dresser drawers, nightstand with lamp, computer desk and chair, bookshelves, and a closet. Many rooms include walk-in closets and private or semi-private washrooms. For organization, all rooms are uniquely named, and individual storage spaces, including kitchen cupboards, refrigerator and freezer sections, and mailboxes are clearly labeled.
We foster a respectful and cooperative living environment. As some residents may follow non-traditional schedules, we ask all students to be mindful of noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours after 11:00 p.m.
All residents are expected to contribute to the upkeep of the home by participating in basic maintenance tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning up after themselves.
