The Dover Residence is located on Dover Crescent in Mississauga, Ontario, near the intersection of The Collegeway and Winston Churchill Boulevard. Conveniently situated, the residence is just a five-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, providing easy access to local amenities and educational institutions.
The residence features four fully furnished common rooms and two complete kitchens, equipped with refrigerators, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, toasters, and kettles. On-site laundry facilities are available on the main floor for student convenience.
Each private bedroom is secured with a lockable door and thoughtfully furnished with a bed, dresser drawers, nightstand with lamp, computer desk and chair, bookshelves, and a closet. Many rooms include walk-in closets and private or semi-private washrooms. For organization, all rooms are uniquely named, and individual storage spaces, including kitchen cupboards, refrigerator and freezer sections, and mailboxes are clearly labeled.
We foster a respectful and cooperative living environment. As some residents may follow non-traditional schedules, we ask all students to be mindful of noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours after 11:00 p.m.
Each student is provided with a personal access code to the residence. For safety and security, access codes must remain confidential. To maintain a secure and academically focused atmosphere, only parents or legal guardians are permitted as visitors.
All residents are expected to contribute to the upkeep of the home by participating in basic maintenance tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning up after themselves.

MAURITIUS MASTER ROOM
THE ULTIMATE IN LUXURY LIVING
The Mauritius Master Ensuite is one of the most sought-after spaces in residence for it's spacious layout. It's an elegant five-piece retreat designed for comfort and luxury. It features a spacious layout with a separate glass-enclosed shower and a large soaker tub enhanced by built-in surround sound music. The ensuite also includes a dedicated make-up counter with drawers, two generous closets, one a walk-in with ample shelving and the other standard closet equipped with many extra shelves, a cozy lounge chair, sparkling chandeliers, and modern pot lights. A beautiful bay window fills the room with natural light, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere.

CHAD MASTER ROOM
"THE PRINCESS ROOM"
The Chad Master Room is fondly nicknamed "The Princess Room". It features an extra-large California King bed and beautiful cream-colored furniture, including oversized bed tables, a full mirror, and dressers with plenty of drawer and storage space to keep everything organized and tidy. The room is filled with natural light from a large front-facing window, making it a bright and inviting place to study or relax. The private ensuite bathroom includes a sleek glass-enclosed shower, an extended bathroom counter, and a large vanity with generous drawers and cupboards, plus mirrored cabinets on both sides for extra storage. This room is ideal for someone who enjoys comfort, space, and a touch of luxury while living in a warm, welcoming student community.

"I lived at Mississauga Student Residences for my final two years of University .... my only regret is that I wish I had moved in sooner! I lived my first year at the University of Toronto Mississauga Residence, and my second year at an external student residence location. So I do have a well-rounded opinion on places to live for students in the area. That being said, please believe me when I say there is no other place like Mississauga Student Residences. I loved my experience living here for so many reasons. You're close to two different institutions. You are literally a 20 minute commute (at the most) from the University of Toronto Mississauga and Sheridan College Trafalgar Campus. You're also in a clean environment with actual organization and structure. The students are pre-screened to ensure only respectful and mature students are living with you. The staff at Mississauga Student Residences are lovely and have a way to make you feel at home right away. The owner continuously creates opportunities for the students to get together and interact in a fun way. I have gained lifelong friendships from the positive environment that is created at Mississauga Student Residences, and I cannot say enough good things! I was just as sad leaving Mississauga Student Residences as I was from my own home four years ago. So please, look no further. "Thanks for everything you've done for me! I miss living at the Dover Residence! I genuinely do. Maureen is an excellent lady! I was an international student in my fourth year when she took me in at the Dover Residence. Security was a big concern for me at the time because I'd been living on residence for three years since I moved to Canada and there was always campus police for security. Maureen screens potential students and that won me over in terms of security. I trusted her judgment and I haven't regretted it since. I decided to move in after I met her, she was extremely professional, pleasant, and pretty. In addition to that, the residence fees were extremely reasonable for the amenities she provided - high speed internet, kitchen towels, plates, cutlery, utensils, garbage bags, toilet paper and even a professional cleaning service every week. This was ALL included in the fees I paid. It was extremely convenient for me because, as a student, I had so much to do and replacing toilet paper, kitchen towel and garbage bags was something that easily slipped my mind. Once I moved into the Dover Residence, it was a joy ride. It was the best decision I ever made. The day we moved in she left us brownies and doughnuts. She always gave us goodies throughout the year. She was very understanding and really made me feel like I was home. This was very important for me as my family was 7000 miles away. She threw us barbecue parties by the pool in the summer - we were like a little family. She was always ready to help me out and I always felt comfortable to talk to her about anything, I could be very honest with her which went a long way for me! I ended up living with Maureen over two years. I will always miss living there and I have made some of the best memories while living in her house. "I have know Maureen for over 3 1/2 year now and have lived in her residences on and off, whenever they have space available. I have also dealt with a number of landlords over the past 5 years since I moved to the GTA and I'm confident in saying that Maureen has been the most professional and reliable of anyone I have done business with. Not only has she always been able to provide explicit and straight forward contracts that provide comfort and support on each side of the agreement but she has always treated me and all of her other students as if they were her own kids. Her constant care and assistance with helping students adjust to the off campus student life has resulted in myself and my roommates to feel extremely safe and comfortable. The rooms and homes she provides are always extremely well maintained and secured and, not to mention they are beyond beautiful. Maureen always does her best to make sure that her students have all the basic needs. Most of the students who live here are international, so having these supplies immediately available to us not only helps us save time, travel and money, but it also allows us to focus more on school without worrying about running to the store. Maureen also provides a weekly cleaning service in her residences, which permits the students more time to themselves and to school. Having Maureen as a landlady has been a wonderful experience and has led me to feel completely at home, which is an extremely important quality to have in a student residence, especially when you're family lives out of town. Further, she is a very pleasant woman to talk with and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help her students feel cared for.
