Our residences are situated in elegant, air-conditioned executive homes, each offering over 5,000 square feet of beautifully maintained shared living space. Students enjoy fully furnished accommodations, spacious common areas, and private fenced backyards and patios, ideal for relaxing or connecting with fellow residents.

At Mississauga Student Residences, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. Our dedicated property managers and staff are available around the clock to assist whenever needed. Each residence is secured with locked doors 24/7, and only students and authorized MSR staff have access through unique access codes. Additionally, we have successfully passed all fire safety checks by the Chief of Mississauga Fire Department and all safety inspections by Mississauga Building Inspectors, ensuring a safe living environment for everyone.
